Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

Galaxy TV Repairs provides onsite TV and DSTV-related diagnostics, repairs, installations, and related support services.

2. Quotes and Approval

All quotes are estimates until physical assessment. Work proceeds only after customer confirmation of quoted costs.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party parts or special orders may require upfront payment.

4. Warranty

Warranty applies only to covered repairs and replaced parts as stated on your invoice/job card. Physical damage, misuse, or unrelated faults are excluded.

5. Cancellations and Access

Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations. Safe and practical access to equipment is required for onsite service.

6. Liability

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including power failures and supplier delays.
